Let No Man Put Asunder (Frankie Knuckles Mix) is a mid-80s remix by Frankie Knuckles of a song written by Bruce Gray and Bruce Hawes, first recorded by First Choice. The song, produced by Ron Baker, Norman Harris and Earl Young, first appeared on Delusions, an album by First Choice first released in the U.S. in 1977.

According to comments made in an interview with Dave Pearce for BBC Radio 6 in 2012, Let No Man Put Asunder was Frankie's first professional remix. He had been playing the album version for about 4 years at the Warehouse before actually be asked to remix the song. Once done, the release of the remix was put on hold as the label, Salsoul Records, didn't think Frankie had enough of a name to help sell the record. The name that was happening at the time in New York City was DJ Shep Pettibone. He was given the opportunity to remix Let No Man Put Asunder and a mix he delivered ended up being on the A-side of the 12" single.
