Love Sensation is the title track of an album by Loleatta Holloway first released on Gold Mind Records, a subsidary of Salsoul Records, in 1980. The song, released as a single in the latter part of 1980, topped the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart for just one week (September 20, 1980). It was succeeded in the chart by Can't Fake The Feeling by Geraldine Hunt.
